DECORATING COOKIES
What you need 300 grams of icing sugar 2 egg whites 1/3 teaspoon of cream of tartar Red food colouring Pre-made biscuits Baking paper Hundreds and thousands sprinkles
What you need to do Mix the icing sugar, egg whites and cream of tartar together until the icing consistency is firm but malleable. Mix a little food colouring into the icing to make it bright pink. Fold a square of baking paper and roll it into a cone shape, leaving a small hole at the thin end. Spoon pink icing into the paper cone and squeeze it over the cookies, creating different patterns and shapes.
