How does Galaxy star rewards work?
The Galaxy Star Rewards Program recognises the loyalty of our members and in return rewards them through various discounts, special promotions,
in-house purchases and exclusive events. It gives the club a chance to say 'Thankyou' to their members and in addition gives the members more opportunities to be rewarded.
The program is based upon a system of tiering which means that the more points you earn on your card, the higher the level that you can aspire to achieve.
The four levels include Bronze being the entry level, Silver, Gold and Platinum being our top rewards level.
In order to progress to higher levels members are encouraged to accrue the number of points they earn on their card, whether it be from Gaming, Food and Beverage, Show Tickets, Functions, Galaxy Motel and The Shop.
How do I know what level I'm in?
When you insert your Membership card into the Redemption Centre or a gaming machine your level will be displayed.
How can I go up a level?
On the 8th of each month we will move Members up to the level that they qualify for, based on the points they have earned on their member card. On average $1 spent will earn you one point at point of sale. $10 turnover = 1 cent in Gaming. One point equals 1 cent. So 1000 points = $10.00.
Can I go down a level?
Yes, but unlike moving up levels, this will be reviewed twice per year on the 8th July and 8th January. Once a member reaches a level they will not move down until the next review date.
How can I use my points?
You can use your points to make purchases within Gosford RSL Club.
Points may be exchanged for TIX cash at reception and spent at our participating supplier outlet.

Note: Using your points within the club to make purchases or at TIX suppliers does not alter the level you are in.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
What if I want to use my points for something unavailable at TIX suppliers?
Our marketing team will assist you with your desired purchase.
You may contact us to discuss what you would like to spend your points on and we will source the item for you.
You may wish to book a holiday or even have us pay your utility bills.
What ever you desire we will try to source and purchase for you with your points.
Do Membership points expire?
Yes, at close of business on the 31st December each year, membership points will expire and become zero. With the exception of platinum and gold star rewards members.
Points to remember.
- Members must be financial to qualify for Galaxy star rewards
- Members may only have 1 card at a time and members are not permitted to allow other people to use their cards. This will result in disciplinary action.
- Members whose membership is put on hold, cancelled or suspended will have their points frozen & possibly removed.
- Points are not transferrable to other members, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.
